- The Site has no forms. We receive personal information only when you choose to email us.
- We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you email us (for example at hello@creatvsyntix.studio), we receive your email address, name and anything else you include, such as details about a project.
Information collected automatically
The Site is hosted by Vercel. Like most hosts, Vercel processes technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request, to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this information to build profiles of visitors.
3. Cookies and browser storage
The Site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It stores a few strictly necessary preferences in your browser's local storage. These never leave your device:
| Key | Purpose | Category |
|---|---|---|
cs-consent | Remembers your cookie and privacy choices. | necessary |
cs-a11y | Remembers your accessibility preferences. | necessary |
cs-motion | Remembers whether you paused animations. | necessary |
Our consent tool has Analytics and Marketing categories that are off by default. No scripts are assigned to them today. If we add such tools in the future, they will load only after you opt in, and we will update this policy first. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
4. How we use information
- To reply to your messages and discuss potential projects;
- To operate, maintain and secure the Site;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
5. How we share information
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our email (such as our hosting provider, Vercel, and our email provider), with our parent company, SyntixCode, where needed to respond to or carry out a project you ask about, when required by law, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Retention
We keep emails for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting relationship, and then as required for legal, tax or record-keeping purposes. Hosting logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own policies. Preferences in your browser stay until you clear them.
7. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS with security headers, and we limit who can access the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
The Site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Your choices
You can choose not to email us, adjust consent at any time via “Cookie settings”, and clear your browser storage. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals: when your browser sends one, Analytics and Marketing stay off automatically.
10. Your California Privacy Rights
This section supplements the policy for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, “CCPA”).

Sale or sharing of personal information
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the past 12 months. We have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing personal information of consumers under 16. The “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer lets you record an opt-out anyway, and it will apply to any future tools.
Sensitive personal information
We do not collect or use sensitive personal information, so there is nothing to limit. If that changes, you will be able to ask us to limit its use to purposes permitted by the CCPA.
Your rights
- Right to know what personal information we have collected about you, its categories and sources, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to;
- Right to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions;
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information;
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information;
- Right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information;
- Right to non-discrimination: we will not deny services, charge different prices or give a different quality of service because you exercised these rights.
How to exercise your rights
Email hello@creatvsyntix.studio with the subject “California privacy request”. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days, as the CCPA requires. That period may be extended once by another 45 days, with notice. We will verify your request by matching information you provide with what we hold, such as the email address you used to contact us.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to make a request for you. We may ask the agent for signed permission from you and may ask you to verify your identity directly with us, unless the agent holds a valid power of attorney.
Global Privacy Control
We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser. When we detect it, Marketing stays off and cannot be turned on in that browser, and Analytics stays off unless you choose otherwise.
11. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy before adding any new tool that collects personal information, and we will change the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
