1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using creatvsyntix.studio (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who we are
The Site is operated by CreatvSyntix LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”), doing business as CreatvSyntix Studio, headquartered in Miami, Florida, with an office in Tampa, Florida. CreatvSyntix LLC is a company of SyntixCode.
3. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the CreatvSyntix Studio name and marks, page designs, illustrations, code and the selection and arrangement of content, are owned by or licensed to CreatvSyntix LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Third-party names and marks shown on the Site, including the ComWeavr name and mark, belong to their respective owners and are shown to describe work associated with the studio.
4. Permitted use
You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use or to evaluate working with us, provided you keep all copyright and other notices intact. You may share links to the Site.
5. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, distribute, sell or republish Site content or designs for commercial purposes without our written permission;
- use the Site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its hosting or related systems, or interfere with its operation or security;
- introduce malware or use automated means that place an unreasonable load on the Site;
- misrepresent your affiliation with CreatvSyntix LLC or CreatvSyntix Studio.
Search engines and AI answer engines may crawl and index the Site as described in our robots.txt.
6. No warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, for general information only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreatvSyntix LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Descriptions of projects, including products in development, may change and are not commitments about future features or availability.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CreatvSyntix LLC, its parent company, affiliates and their officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreatvSyntix LLC and its affiliates from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
9. Third-party links
The Site links to websites we do not operate, including comweavr.com. We provide these links for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third-party websites, and visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
10. No offer or professional advice
Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide services on particular terms, or legal, financial or other professional advice. Any engagement with CreatvSyntix Studio will be governed by a separate written agreement.
11. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
